Lowe's never has enough employees working and those that are lack customer service. I always wonder around looking for anyone to help. Merchandise selection is great but what's the point if no one is there to sell it.
I always end up spending a lot more time here than I want but I think that's typical of any man in a hardware store. The associates here are always helpful and friendly
The majority of products that they sell here are good, but the employees that I encountered here have the worst customer service of any store I've been to in a while. They just don't care and they'll even roll their eyes at you and sigh while they're talking to you. Good luck if you have a question or a problem with something. You'll get no help with a side of attitude.

I love this store in particular however, this AM, I went to pick up a relatively high priced order.(regardless of price) I went to the "Pro-desk", with only one person in front of me and two people behind the desk just bullshiting, I stood there for 20 minutes trying to get somebody's attention. And when I when finally did they told me that they do not handle orders that were already paid for. Which I know is b******* because I've picked up there from before. They sent me down to customer service I sat at customer service for over 30 minutes waiting for them to find the order. After they found it they brought me back the cart which was fine, I signed and asked them for a receipt or order form to leave with. They gave me something I'm not quite sure what it was however, when I walk down to the Pro Shop side where the loading doors are to load up the truck, I get stopped by a representative that wanted to see my receipt. And they said what I had was not good enough and I had to wait another 20 minutes or so. Meanwhile I have two workers with me that I'm paying for and bottom line is, we sat there for almost 2 hours to pick up this to order. I rarely get upset over anything however, I was thoroughly offended and pissed off at the service and training of this staff. Sad
